Perseus 1 SOBR Company have a strict training regime which must be completed to achieve your MOS (Role) and your first official Rank. The first training class you will undergo as a recruit will be Basic Combat Training (BCT), here you will learn the very basics of the mods, combat dialect, weapons, vehicles, radio communication and our very intricate medical system. 

 

The second segment of training you will do is Urban Combat Training (UCT), UCT compromises on advanced shooting tactics, breaching / MOUT training, situational awarness, Convoy ambush response, Grenade Training all in a team Environment.

 

The third segment of training is Insertion Training (IT). Here we learn to how to work as a squad/fireteam in certain deployment situations, whether it is insertion from air, convoy or simply through foot patrol. This training will also put your previous training to the test. After completing Insertion training you will participate in a small ceremony where you will indited into the unit in which you will recieve your first rank as 'OR-1 Ryadovóy'.

 

The final segment of training required is your MOS training, this is where you get to choose what role you wish to undertake in the Unit upon Operations, if you look into 'Unit Info' on the top slide bar you will see what roles are on demand and what roles may be full, consult both the website and a superior before deciding on your role, once chosen you will be trained on the MOS you have chosen.
